Move to Paraguay with a clear plan

For temporary residence, you may need an identity document, birth certificate, criminal or police record, INTERPOL or local records, civil-status documents, and evidence of activity or solvency, depending on the category. For the regular Starter Package, plan for about 5-8 months. The Express version is designed for about 8-9 weeks. Only one stay in Paraguay is needed to apply for all documents. Official timelines can still depend on document quality, appointments, and authority workload.
