Services
GoParaguay supports preparation, orientation, and coordination around residency, Cédula, relocation, real estate, company formation, bank appointments, and practical steps in Paraguay.
The exact scope is defined in the respective offer. Authority decisions, processing times, bank decisions, property availability, tax consequences, or visa and residency outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Offers and Engagement
A contract is formed when an offer is expressly accepted or when a service starts after mutual agreement. Prices, payment plan, included services, and external costs are defined in the offer or in a separate confirmation.
Client Cooperation
Clients must provide complete and correct information, obtain required documents on time, attend appointments, and inform GoParaguay promptly about changes in their personal situation.
External Costs
Fees charged by authorities, notaries, translators, banks, insurers, property providers, transport providers, or other third parties are included only if expressly confirmed in writing.
Consulting and Responsibility
GoParaguay prepares decisions, coordinates processes, and provides orientation. The final decision regarding relocation, investments, property, company formation, tax structure, or contracts remains with the client.
Individual legal or tax advice is provided only if expressly agreed and delivered by qualified local professionals.
Appointments, Cancellation, and Delays
Authority appointments, bank appointments, and viewings depend on availability, document status, and local procedures. If an appointment becomes impossible because of missing documents, late information, or client no-show, additional costs may arise.
Communication
Communication usually takes place by email, WhatsApp, phone, or video call. The client is responsible for remaining reachable and keeping contact details up to date.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GoParaguay is liable only for damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. No liability is assumed for decisions and services of independent third parties.
Confidentiality
Personal information, documents, and project details are treated confidentially and shared only where required for the engaged service, legal obligations, or your consent.
